Assures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good automated manufacturing practice systems; validating processes; providing documentation; managing staff. Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
Strong communication, organization, troubleshooting, analytical and multi-tasking skills; especially when under pressure Ability to lead technical investigation and assign effective & practical action plan Strong technical communication and presentation skills Ability to drive service quality & reliability KPIs Ability to collaborate with others and have good team building skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet milestones and deadlines A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Petroleum Engineering or equivalent applicable scientific education Minimum 7 years’ industry experience with at least 3 years relevant product (service) line application experience applications (or equivalent experience)
