Job description: Position Summary Responsible for coordinating the Demand and Supply Planning via the Dynamic Planning Framework for the MEA regions markets and ensure the constant and accurate supply of good of the markets in the region in close collaboration with Position Summary Responsible for coordinating the Demand and Supply Planning via the Dynamic Planning Framework for the MEA regions markets and ensure the constant and accurate supply of good of the markets in the region in close collaboration with the market management and HQ Supply Chain. Facilitating the E2E physical movement of shipments from supplier to the customer and ensuring accurate documents to be available at Customer end for clearance to enable on time receipt of stocks for sale. The role will also overlook the system and ensure that along with the Physical movement of goods, the system movement of goods is also managed. A day in the life of… Demand Planning: Consistent support to achieve sustainable Demand Plan Accuracy (DPA) improvement: (accuracy level and variability, bias balance). Capture, prioritize, analyze and input Generating Demand events customer, consumer & competitor information other external / internal trends and influences, which impact demand plan. Supply Planning : Challenge the existing and implement improvements to Demand and Supply Planning processes and tools to deliver tangible benefits (e.g.: time savings, increased efficiencies etc). Drive fast and appropriate actions to minimize the impact of deviations from the Demand Plan Distributor Invoicing : Send required documentation to distributor on an ongoing basis to support documentation and ensure timely dispatch of orders to customers with proper documentation. Ensure continuous end-to-end lead time mapping for best visibility on orders Weekly Invoicing update: Compare latest landing vs the received documents from HQ and overall invoicing status. Summarize pending documents and communicate to HQ What will make you successful Minimum 3 years of operational experience in Demand and/or Supply Planning in the market. University degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering Logistics/supply chain management diploma will be an advantage Preferred Experience in Import/Export in F&B Company or shipping/logistics industry is an additional advantage. Knowledge of International Trade, Banking Instruments, Customs Law and Regulations Desirable to have had exposure to LEAN concepts and tools
