T he EPC Sales Leader for Appleton Productswill be responsible to support the growth of Appleton businessin the MEA region, helping customers to address their pains and meet their needs. The position will be based in Emerson FZE office Dubai. Job Description Directly responsible for supporting and leading Appleton’s relationship with all the EPCs/ PMCs located across the Middle East and Africa. Having a strategic approach, market experience, and strong product knowledge, will drive growth through early engagement, specifying Appleton products during FEED, engaging sales teams in case of End-user alignment and coordination Internally with other BUs and Project pursuit team. What will be my responsibilities in this role? To drive profitable sales and sustainable growth in project business in MEA. To handle quotations, pricing for all the project businesses through the quotations team. To work with the key accounts (Through the Sales team) to understand and define long-range project investments. To provide regular management updates on Project long term and short-term performance, sales numbers, and forecasting. To work with global & local project pursuit teams to define strategies and actions. To actively visit customers to promote the entire product portfolio, solutions and services. To increase face to face/ Virtual meetings to build high-level relationships with customers in the strategic accounts segment. To prepare an annual booking budget by product/value/period. To behave ethically in all business dealings. Ensure all Emerson ethics policies and processes are embedded in everyday conduct. To ensure that all transactions are properly screened and recorded in accordance with the company’s Trade Compliance procedures. What do I need to be considered for this role? To be considered for this role you will need to have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field and you will have a minimum of 5 years’ project sales experience. You will also be an excellentcommunicator inEnglish with additional languages spoken a plus.Proven computer skills are required, in the MS Office suite of tools including, WordExcel, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc. What competencies will set me up for success in this role?
