Your Impact

The Regional Sales Manager will manage the sales activity for QUALITROL’s offerings to UAE, Jordan, Lebanon, and Iraq markets (Territory). They will engage with our customers, employees, and channel partners to increase customer satisfaction and grow QUALITROL’s sales in the country.

Located in UAE, you will work directly with the Regional Sales Director and QUALITROL’s leadership team to establish and implement sales plans and tactics for the assigned countries. You will be carrying out all aspects of the sales standard work including developing relationships with customers (EPC and End Users), channel partners and employees. The candidate will also provide and be accountable for sales forecasts and will maintain the territory’s opportunity funnel in QUALITROL’s CRM. The role can be extended to include additional markets in later stage

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. MBA is plus
  • Experience structuring, advocating, and closing electric power deals at all levels of management including the C-suite.
  • Proven sales success working with electric utilities and O&G companies within ME countries
  • Demonstrated knowledge of GCC market business practices and culture.
  • Good contact database and personal references in the Power Engineering industry.
  • Customer obsessed

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep understanding of electric power facilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to travel within the territory (up to 30%)
