Job Title Service Sales Engineer
To promote and sell value adding aftermarket products and services in a defined business area to achieve aftermarket sales and profitability goals.
Sales strategy includes but not limited to;
- Solution based sales with proactive sales philosophy
- Improve our 1:1 ratio
- Upsell Ad hoc customers to service level agreements
- Grow compressor overhaul business in the region and be cognisant of sales planning and territory management
- Promote advanced services, upgrades, products and be involved in Air system audits and process improvement services
- Support branch operational requirements from time to time
- The ability to work independently and be a cohesive team player that enhances team performance
- The ability to maintain good customer relationships whilst having excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Good practical computer knowledge and skills
Required Experience in the Customer service industry focusing on Industrial compressors and ancillary equipment. Expertise in Technical Sales Engineering and Industrial Sales Consulting of products ad services
Educational Qualifications: Suitable tertiary qualification and proven sales track record would be advantageous
