Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Provide technical support across the company.
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary
- Test new technology
- Identify hardware and software solutions.
- Troubleshoot/diagnose technical issues.
- Follow up with end users to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Support the roll-out of new applications.
- Provide support in the form of procedural documentation.
- Manage multiple cases at one time.
- Test and evaluate new technologies.
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Information System
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Technical Support / End User Support role
- Hands-on experience withWindows /Mac OS environments
- Systems knowledge inSCCM, Jamf,Office 365, WSUS, Jira
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Multitasking and able to work under pressure
- English (Full professional proficiency – Required)
