Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Provide technical support across the company.
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary
  • Test new technology
  • Identify hardware and software solutions.
  • Troubleshoot/diagnose technical issues.
  • Follow up with end users to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Support the roll-out of new applications.
  • Provide support in the form of procedural documentation.
  • Manage multiple cases at one time.
  • Test and evaluate new technologies.
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications/Education

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Information System

Minimum experience

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Technical Support / End User Support role


  • Hands-on experience withWindows /Mac OS environments
  • Systems knowledge inSCCM, Jamf,Office 365, WSUS, Jira
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Multitasking and able to work under pressure
  • English (Full professional proficiency – Required)
