The Manager People Systems will lead the strategy for people technologies and process excellence in MENA. This is an opportunity to drive change and innovation regionally through People Information Systems and process optimization. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of People Solutions, this role is critical to the continued success of our growing company. This role is responsible for facilitating the identification, design, and implementation of innovative and integrated People tech solutions with a focus on transparency, enablement, and process efficiency.
What’s On Your Plate?
Own, manage and oversee management of Workday and implementation of new modules
Bring leading HR technology practices, partner with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development and business leaders to understand business needs and identify optimal uses of People technology
Configure, and continually optimize, our environment of related HCM systems and processes to ensure streamlined operations that also yield the people data we need
Proactively identify various People technology solutions to make it easier for employees to get things done
Program Management: Partner with People Operations leadership team and other functional areas to identify, recommend, and implement opportunities for process improvement in alignment with People Operations strategy and initiatives within the org
People Information Systems: Lead our People Systems team and initiatives including a successful adoption of our HRIS solution and proactively identifying various HR technology solutions as we grow
Data Integrity: own the data effectiveness for the entire organization, ensuring alignment between different systems and support the People Operations department in the proper maintenance of the system
Work with team and company leadership in creating and implementing contemporary, data-driven systems that ground People Operations decision-making and strategy as an empirical, predictive reality
Lead change management efforts related to adoption, new module implementation, and evolving business needs
Ensure we scale into new domestic and international locations in a compliant and consistent manner, in alignment with and in furtherance of our culture and values
Review and improve both online and offline People processes among different stakeholders to increase effectiveness of the department and streamline work processes
Drive the design and documentation of processes across the People department including but not only related to Workday, onboarding, offboarding and the overall employee lifecycle
What Did We Order?
You have 8+ years of experience managing People technology
At least 5+ years of experience managing Workday (either Admin or Program Management)

Full-scale HRIS change management experience
Full-scale HR Operations experience
Focus on business-to-technology translation and impact online and offline
Strong business advisory skills
Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field
