The Role The primary responsible is to ensure all Logical Security activities within MGTI are carried out in compliance with MMC’s Information Security policies. The individual will act as an empowered representative of senior MGTI leadership to ensure that relevant controls are incorporated into the product lifecycle from engineering & on boarding into production and maintained throughout its lifecycle until retirement. The individual will be accountable to senior technology leadership to report adherence to processes, compliance to policy and make recommendations on the Logical Security operational model. The role will continue to evaluate industry best practices and will make recommendations to improve existing framework at a detailed level to minimise risk to the firm. Responsibilities Contribute to and support the development of the ongoing Logical Security strategy. Support the creation of blueprints relating to process & reporting. Leverage existing tools to create a framework to measure & report upon compliance of activities carried out in line with existing processes. Review and make recommendations relating to tools that are utilised within Logical Security framework. Proactively and within a structuredmanner, managethe process of gathering, analysing and assessing the current activities which relate to Logical Security and either compliance or gaps and breaches in following processes. Review new packages of work within programmes that relate to Logical Security. Review the access and controls in the process of on boarding of new products which are dependent or utilise Logical Security. Analysing and defining risk-based controls for IAM. Develop audit objectives, and maintain internal audit procedures and risk assessment processes. Prepare audit findings, write reports and develop recommendations. Track outcomes, ensuring activities are actioned and follow up for compliance. Contribute to and supporting the development of strategy, roadmaps and implementation plans for IAM. Implement solutions to address and ensure that engineering and operational processes align to security policies. Skills, Experience & Qualifications Experience in Identity & Privileged and Access Management, preferable in an auditable role with audit theories, principles and practices Experience working in the area of Cyber Security, focusing in particular on the areas of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) on premise and cloud-based technologies. Knowledge and experience of undertaking IAM Strategy formulation, Target operating Model definition, transformation and audit driven remediation. Strong understanding of IAM/PAM best practices, leading IAM/PAM toolsets and IAM/PAM for On Premise and Cloud deployments. Relevant experience in large corporates / multinational environment in delivery or operational roles will an advantage. Ability to contribute to project deliverables using both agile and waterfall methodologies in a multi-stakeholder environment. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, teamwork. Advanced degrees and/or certifications would be beneficial
