We will count on you to: Provide administrative support, including but not limited to scheduling and tracking of RFP meetings, professionally communicate with meeting participants, edit and create documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint while ensuring all documents produced adhere to Mercer’s global identity/document standards. Provide analysis and tracking, including but not limited to updating tracking database, produce outputs/reports from RFP/contract database, upload and organize new SharePoint documents, serve as back-up for other team members, including those responsible for MercerForce, Scopelt and other Mercer systems. Provide editorial peer review including but not limited to providing editorial peer review on large documents, review and evaluate existing materials to improve RFP responses and providing editorial peer review of documents before final production. What you need to have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Previous experience in an administrative and analytical role Attention to detail and interpersonal skills Previous experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel What makes you stand out: Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint Superior organizational skills (e.g., planning, prioritization, scheduling) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to adhere to detailed policies and procedures Experience using Smartsheet To learn more about Mercer’s GHSC practice, please visit.
