The First Group is seeking an enthusiastic and eager to learn marketing manager to oversee the customer communication lifecycles campaign strategies across the group. The Direct Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of all direct customer communications and marketing automation campaigns across the group. They will be assisting in implementation of initiatives to meet company KPI’s of maximizing customer engagement, increasing customer retention and improving overall customer satisfaction. This includes set-up of workflows on CRM, implementation and distribution of digital creatives, customer segmentation, reporting on engagement KPI’s corresponding to the campaign and optimization to meet business requirements.
Execute and coordinate direct marketing communication strategies and campaigns across current channels to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Assisting with the design and execution of communication frameworks, campaign analysis, a/b testing, data analysis and Visualization digital optimization and promotional campaign strategies to push a client further down the sales funnel.
Management and execution of digital content delivery corresponding to a campaign that include email campaign design and set-up, surveys, promotional flyers, digital brochures, website content, copywriting and graphic / video elements. This includes delivering relevant content, brand-compliant templates with impactful call to actions.
- Work on Content Management systems to create and maintain landing pages and corresponding campaign workflows.
Market research on latest design best practices and trend that correspond to the brand and campaign requirements.
- Assisting with planning and coordination of week/monthly/annual product communication calendars.
- Implement A/B/C testing of various content and creative deliverable to create optimization and enhancement opportunities.
Maintain high profile subscriber lists and launch programs to grow these segments.
Perform customer segmentation to maximize conversions across various engagement campaigns.
Collaborate with various internal and external teams on targeted marketing activity to support stakeholders’ campaign requirements.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Perform extensive campaign analysis daily, weekly, monthly to find growth opportunities.
Manage all internal communication campaigns that includes planning, design and implementation.
Support the Line Manager in executing campaign management across all available channels that include Email and Omnichannel Marketing, Corporate Websites and partnership programs.
Desired Skill & Expertise:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Information Technology, Business Management or any related field)
Web development and Programming qualifications is an advantage
Minimum 3 years’ experience with marketing and web technologies especially Customer Resource Management Platforms (CRM) and Marketing Automation platforms.
Experience in CRM Technologies (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce etc.)
Practical knowledge of Digital Marketing tools including Marketing Automation platforms, Google Analytics, GDS and Direct Marketing Platforms (Email, SMS, Survey, WhatsApp and other communication channels.)
- Tech savvy including knowledge of Coding (HTML/CSS) and experience with email and landing page development.
Intermediary Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Good Communication Skills.
