JOB ACTIVITIES

Digital initiative management:

  • Manage the digital implementation for all the company of the perimeter (TMME, TLBU, TUAE, Total Qatar).
  • Prepare and manage the deployment of the Branch digital tools in the companies, in line with the business strategy.
  • Participate in the definition and procurement of new services appropriate for the need of the business: digital, e-marketing, e-business, others.
  • Develop a clearly defined and compelling digital strategy for the company’s future and ensure that all relevant digital initiatives are fully integrated into the strategic-planning process for leadership commitment, resource allocation and execution
  • Act as the company’s central leader and integrator in the digital transformation process, serving as an intermediary between all other executives and functions in the rollout of digital initiatives and capabilities, fully integrating business and technology, and close digital performance gaps that exist in and between the various functions and business units of the organization
  • Constantly survey the organization for the opportunity to deploy digital leverage for business performance improvement
  • Work with teams across the business to identify innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels and business models
  • Build, manage and continue to grow an internal and external digital innovation ecosystem, tapping into competencies across and beyond the organization to apply digital technologies to the business
  • Manage the business transformation use case ROI process to ensure that the project cost-benefit parameters justify execution of a project
  • Use software to better manage data for business direction, performance, and insight
  • Maintain knowledge of a wide range of external partners to provide solutions as appropriate
  • Implement Industrial Digital Transformation Strategy through constructed Digital road map
  • Manage Digital Projects
  • Analyse business needs and propose innovative solutions, study the opportunities that we can have (including business benefit and running cost)
  • Ensure the group and MS policies are respected, especially in term of security rules.

SAP:

  • Analyse business needs and propose innovative solutions
  • Ensure that the SAP Harmonie model is well understood and well known in the affiliates by being the sponsor and the teacher/trainer of this model.
  • Management of the SAP roles, conflict analysis in collaboration with Corporate Affairs manager
  • Supervising SAP projects, coordination of all the Key users.

IT Security (Enterprise & Industrial)

  • Local Industrial Cyber Security Officer (Enterprise & Industrial) : ensure the IS security (Logical access, Hardware for workstations and servers, Server room, Data backup and DRP, etc.) according to global Total policies.

Technical support, contract management:

  • Technical & user support for all sites (Jebel Ali, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar) in collaboration with TotalEnergies UAE Services
  • Implementing group’s IT policies and procedures
  • Liaison with the DSIT, APAC, external contractor and lLocal ISP
  • Maintaining IT & telecom related fixed assets in collaboration with TotalEnergies UAE Services
  • Responsible for implementing new IT projects.
  • Preparing & ensuring that IT budget is effectively and efficiently used
  • Ensure the implementation of group HSEQ rules and adhere to company policies & systems

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Leading Digital Projects
  • Participate in the definition and procurement of new services appropriate for the need of the business: digital, e-marketing, e-business, others.
  • Insure the Information Security for the four entities
  • Being a reliable contact for Group contact and local provider to coordinate all actions related to IT , Digital and telecom
  • Lead Digital Committee & Define and implement Digital strategy and roadmap

QHSE OBJECTIVES

  • Strict adherence and compliance towards Group QHSE policy with high Quality of QHSE performance and complying with affiliate’s QHSE Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
  • Participate in the training program to acquire QHSE knowledge and impart this training to colleagues as and when required by Management.
  • Reporting of near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to line Manager within the time frame as required by Quality, HSE, Energy policies and Manuals.
  • Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
  • Strict adherence to QHSE & MAESSTRO requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons

Knowledge:

Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years work experience in digital strategy development and execution.

  • Professional exposure to software, application development and security requirements

Education:

  • Degree in computer science, technology or engineering strongly preferred
