The DE&I Business Partner, Senior (Business Integration) will be responsible for producing timely, relevant and impactful DEI insight to the organization and support the Director of DEI in the integration of DEI into all parts of the operational business. The Inclusion and Impact team reports into the Chief Diversity & Social Impact Officer, a member of the Executive Leadership Team. The Inclusion and Impact Team consists of the DEI and the ESG functions. Partner with DEI team members under the Direction of the Director of Inclusion & Workforce Equity, to provide timely insight to our organisational, regional and business DEI plans and project manage specific initiatives relating to talent management and data analysis and insights. You will be develop approaches to dynamic communication and engagement mechanisms across the organization. You will work closely with the regional DEI leads to ensure that the activities and opportunities within the talent management and HRBP teams are aligned. The role will offer the opportunity to participate in DEI at the Global Executive level, as secretary to the Global DEI Council. You will partner with DEI team members under the Direction of the Director of Inclusion & Workforce Equity, to provide timely insight to our organisational, regional and business DEI plans and project manage specific tasks and initiatives relating to talent management and data. develop approaches to dynamic communication and engagement mechanisms across the organization. The postholder will be part of a growing DEI and ESG team, which reports to the Chief Diversity and Social Responsibility Officer. Essential Job Functions Data & insight Proactive & scheduled analysis of workforce and organisational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks to inform organisational responses, and sharing the findings in a variety of formats. Managing the DEI data dashboards, and implementing planned development of the dashboard functionality on behalf of the DEI team Project management & partnerships Project manage distinct and pre-defined initiatives to support the advancement of integration of DEI into the business. (e.g. Integration of DEI into onboarding and retention reviews) Collaborate with DEI Workstream leads to support the collect of KPI related data and insight Manage the DEI programme tracker and connect opportunities within the team Developing an approach to ensure DEI Regional Leads’ activities, Talent Management teams and HRBPs receive information well in advance to maximise collaboration and impact. Collaborate with business leaders as directed to develop the integration of DEI into our organisational practices, products and services. Coordination Gain experience at the Global level within a DEI context, by managing the coordination of the Global DEI Council. Collate key information, content and programme specific materials for key stakeholders at regular intervals. Other Research and develop compelling case studies and business cases for how to improve the ESG impact within our employee experience and products or services Development of communication pathways and improved ways of working with the DEI Business Partner for Workplace Inclusion Gig opportunities and support to key stakeholder teams such as the HRBPs, People Analytics, M&A or Talent Management Regular and reliable attendance is required. This job requires domestic and/or international travel up to 10%. Experience Demonstrable experience as a advanced subject matter expert in Diversity Equity and Inclusion Advanced project management skills and ability to apply these within a complex matrix organization Advanced data and analysis skills, with preference for expertise within PowerBI Ability to assess a situation and quickly formulate the correct solution Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate complex social and emotive topics Demonstrable commitment to social justice, diversity, equity and inclusion Proven ability in influencing, explaining and advocating for action as a result of insight and data. A commitment to continuous improvement and demonstrably showcasing lessons learned Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment with an understanding of business and decision processes in different geographical areas Proven track record as a change manager and adept at building high performance partnerships while driving transformational breakthroughs within target accounts Credible and clearly evidenced project or program management expertise Must have an entrepreneurial spirit , is a self-starter, and innovative Ability to be flexible and adaptable to client as well as business needs Multilanguage capabilities Understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Proficiency in HRIS (HR Information systems) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Build relationships in a remote world Pay close attention to detail Communicate simply, transparently, and accessibly.
